TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Boom Balloons Miami for celebrating your special occasion. To ensure a smooth experience with our balloon decoration services, please review our terms and conditions below:

1. Ordering and Delivery:
- Balloon bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance. For same-day delivery, please check availability by calling us at +1(786) 832-8038.
- Delivery time slots are available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We cannot provide an exact delivery time, only the selected time slot. If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., if you are at work until 7:00 PM), please inform us to arrange accordingly.
- Full payment is required before the day of the event. No exceptions.

2. Handling and Care:
- Helium gas is non-flammable. However, balloons near an air conditioner may deflate due to gas compression. Avoid placing balloons directly in front of an air conditioner.
- Balloons exposed to direct sunlight may burst as the latex or metallic material heats up.
- Avoid leaving balloons in a hot car as heat and steam can cause deflation or bursting.
- Balloon arrangements are not recommended for outdoor use due to their delicate nature. Wind, rain and high temperatures can cause damage. 
- Latex balloons with helium typically last between 24 to 48 hours, while microfoil balloons last 24 to 72 hours, depending on weather conditions and usage. We recommend keeping it in A/C for longer-lasting results.

3. Delivery Details:
- Please, provide the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, and condo name. Incorrect addresses will incur an additional delivery charge.
- If you choose to pick up the bouquet or decoration, ensure you have a suitable and empty vehicle for transport as a SUV. We are not responsible for handling or the condition upon arrival.
- Dispose of deflated or burst balloons immediately and keep waste away from children and pets to prevent choking hazards.
- Microfoil balloons can conduct electricity. Avoid releasing them near power lines. This is prohibited by law. 
- Inform us if the recipient is allergic to latex to ensure no latex materials are used in the decoration.


4. Information Required:
- Provide all necessary details for your decoration or bouquet, including colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name, and occasion (e.g., birthday, love, special day). 

5. Installation and Rentals:

- We will be very careful installing your decor, but just in case we are not responsible for any reason for any damage to walls, floor or any areas during the decoration setup. 
- All structures used in the decoration (e.g., arches, stands, backdrops) must be returned the following day. We will arrange pickup.

- We do not recommend to move the decoration after we install. 

-Balloons can be affected by temperature changes, wind, and sunlight, which can cause them to deflate, pop, or become discolored. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery or installation.


6. Media and Photography:
- We may post photos of your decoration or bouquet on our social networks or website. If you prefer not to have your images published, please let us know. We will respect your privacy but may share images of our work.

7. Postponements and Cancellations:
- To reschedule a delivery, notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Availability will be checked for a new date.
- In case of bad weather, for outdoor decorations, notify us 72 hours in advance to reschedule the installation.
- We have a 1 week cancellation policy. Contact us at least 7 days before your pick-up or delivery time for a cancellation. Only 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Orders become final and non-refundable after this period due to inventory commitments and reserved delivery slots.

We reserve the rights to cancel your installation or delivery if, on the scheduled day, no one is present at the designated location within 20 minutes of our arrival, due to our need to attend to other scheduled installations. 
 
- To change or cancel your order, please email us at info@boom-balloons.com. Changes and cancellations must be made via email.
