TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The company Boom Balloons Miami wishes to bring with good terms the services provided for your surprise decoration or social event.
For the efficient realization of our services we leave below our terms and conditions:
- Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you need same day delivery you must check availability. Please call us +1 (786)832-8038.
- We do not have a fixed delivery time for balloon bouquets. You should choose if you want the morning delivery slot from 9.00am to 1.00pm, 1.00 to 4.00pm or late night from 4.00pm to 8.00pm. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, it would be at the corresponding time you have chosen. (If you want to indicate relevant information regarding the delivery, please notify to reach an agreement) for example you are at work until 7.00pm, if the schedule is available the delivery will be made.
- The helium gas is not flammable. It should be taken into account that when the helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioner, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons automatically deflated, this is a natural process. Avoid placing in front of or under the air conditioner.
- When balloons are placed directly in the sun, the latex or metallic material boils and could explodes.
- Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car because the heat/steam, causes them to deflate or explode.
- Balloon arrangements are not recommended for outdoor, they are delicate and the wind or the rain can damage it.
- Our latex balloons with helium last between 24 to 48 hours, the microfoil balloons last from 24 to 72 hours floating with helium gas, depending on the weather conditions or their use.
- For deliveries you must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the condo, if it is possible to attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.
- If it is your choice to remove the bouquet or decoration in our store, take into consideration that our products are big, volume and delicate, they must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle to transfer it. We are not responsible for the handling and final result in which your bouquet or decoration could arrive.
- When balloons are spied, deflated or exploded they should be discarded. Keep waste away from children and pets, as they can drown.
- Micro-foil balloons can be transmitters of electricity. Please avoid releasing them or bringing them closer to power lines.
- You must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex, to avoid the material in the decoration.
- If they move the decoration from one place to another it is your responsibility.
- The client must provide all corresponding information for the preparation of their decoration or bouquet colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name and motive (birthday, love, happy day) .
- We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however if we publish our work (only to our decoration, only to our bouquet).
- In case you need postponing the delivery, please notify us at least 72 hours prior the delivery date, and availability will be checked to schedule a new date.
- In case of bad weather, you could notify us and change the decoration date with 72 hours in advance.
- We are not responsible for any reason for damage or loss that may be suffered by the decoration after we install, in case of bad weather like storm, rain, wind or hot weather.
- We have a 1 week cancellation policy on all orders, which means you must contact us at least 7 days in advance of your order's pick-up or delivery time and date in order for us to process your cancellation, and only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. After this period has passed, the order becomes final and non refundable due to the fact that Boom Balloons has committed to purchasing inventory, started production and reserved a delivery slot.
- We are not responsible for any reason for damage to the walls that may be suffered by the decoration when we are setting up.
- We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client however if we publish our work (only to our decoration)
- Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any reason for damage or loss that may be suffered.
